Requests
In the submenu Requests you can review all requests of your clients.
# - number of the request. Click on a number to edit the information. Click on the sign if you wish to sort all requests by ID number. If you are looking for a specific request, enter a number/s and press the Search button and you will have all requests containing the number/s you’ve entered in their ID.
Date – shows the date, when the request has been made. Click on the title of the column to sort all requests by date. If you want to see requests from a specific period, enter the start and end dates in the fiels above the title.
Name – the first name of the client, who made the request. To sort all requests by the first name of the clients, click on the title of the column. Enter a first name in the field above the title, to see all requests made by the client with the respective name.
Last name – the family name of the client, who made the request. To sort all requests by the last name of the clients, click on the title of the column. Enter a family name in the field above the title, to see all requests made by the client with the respective name.
Email – email of the client who sent the request. To sort the requests by email click on the title of the column. Enter an email in the field above the title, to see all requests made by it.
Property Id – the ID number of the property, for which a request has been sent. Click on a ID number to open the page of the property. To sort all requests by Property ID number, click on the title of the column.
Status – shows the status of the request, which can be Unread, Current, Future, Archive or Deleted. To filter the requests choose a status from the drop-down menu.
Site – here you can see the site from which the request has been made – from your personal site or from one of Domaza’s domain sites.
View – when you click on the View icon, a new page opens, where you can see all details of the request – date of registration, ID number of the property and its photo, detailed information about the client and his/her comment or question.
Send – if you wish to send the details of a given client to a partner, click on the icon. A new page opens, where you can select the partner you wish to send the client’s information to. To finish the operation, click on the Save button.
